Our Alien Planet

After the success of my first self produced workshops, I was advised by the community leaders to apply for the Brent Council Love Where You Live Fund, in order to continue it’s legacy.

I was rewarded and using the fund, I created the second series of my workshops - ‘Our Alien Planet’.

With this new theme, my research/development revolved around creating a workshop that allows children to have a wider appreciation of our planet, through the perspective of an intergalactic astronaut visually reporting their findings of a new planet.

The task sheet prompt asks the children to design all aspects of this world, such as drawing the flora and fauna, as well as what the inhabitants would look like.
